Yeşil renk ise hayır, ümit, sükûnet ve dindarlık alâmeti olduğundan, yeşil tavşan rüyası; dindar, ağırbaşlı ve iyi huylu biriyle tanışmaya veya böyle bir kimseyle kurulacak münasebete işaret eder. Bazen de, dünya meşgaleleri arasında gönül ferahlığı bulmaya ve korkudan emin olmaya delâlet eder. Eğer görülen yeşil tavşan sakin ve uysal ise; iyi huylu ve itaatkâr bir zevceye işarettir. Tavşanın kaçması, böyle bir kısmetin elden kaçmasına veya güvenilen bir kimseden görülecek vefasızlığa delâlet eder. Ona silâh atmak ise, kişinin yakınlarından gelecek bir hile ve aldatma ile karşılaşacağına işarettir. Yeşil tavşanı tutmak veya avlamak; evlenmeye yahut hayırlı birlikteliğe başlamaya delâlet eder. Onu kesmek, eşten ayrılığa veya hanım ile arada zuhur edecek bir soğukluğa işarettir. Tavşanın ölmesi, aile tarafından gelecek bir sıkıntıya yorulur. Tavşanın etinden yemek veya postundan faydalanmak; zevce tarafından erişecek az bir menfaate delâlet eder. Lâkin bu menfaat kalıcı değildir. Tavşan yavrusu görmek ise üzüntü, keder ve küçük musibetlere işaret eder. Tavşanın konuştuğunu görmek; halkın hoş görmeyeceği biriyle münasebete veya şaşkınlık uyandıracak bir hâle delâlet eder. Ay ışığı altında oynaşan yeşil tavşanlar görmek ise, her ne kadar güzel görünse de, kalpte zuhur edecek bir korku ve tereddüdün alâmetidir. Bazı tâbirciler demişlerdir ki: Tavşan, korkak bir kimseye de delâlet eder. Lâkin yeşil olması, bu hâlin zâil olup yerini itmi'nân ve sükûnete bırakacağına işarettir. Netice itibarıyla Rüyada yeşil tavşan görmek; şans bereket mânâları barındırmakla birlikte, yeşil rengin bereketi sebebiyle hayra, huzurlu bir hayat sürmeye ve dindar bir kimseye meyleder. Ancak rüyanın tafsilâtına göre mânâ değişir.

TOPKAPI SARAYI Topkapi Palace was home to all the Ottoman sultans until the reign of Abdulmecid I (1839-1860), a period of nearly four centuries. The order for the construction of the Topkapi Palace on the Seraglio Point overlooking both Marmara and Bosphorus was given by Mehmed II after the conquest of Constantinapolis in 1453. The place was then an ancient olive grove. The final form of the first palace covered an area 700m², and was enclosed with fortified walls 1400 meters in length. THE BOSPHORUS

THE BOSPHORUS The Bosphorus is approximately 30 km long, and at its narrowest point the Anadolu and Rumeli fortresses face each other across it. Here the width of the strait is about 800 meters. On the surface, the Bosphorus flows like a river from the Black Sea to the Marmara. This current gets much stronger and becomes truly dangerous around the fortresses. Below the surface current, there is another current flowing in the opposite direction. These currents have always constituted a threat for the ships crossing the strait. The Bosphorus is like a narrow valley and it has an average depth of 50 and a maximum depth of 110 meters. Because of the currents and the different temperatures on various levels, the Bosphorus is a paradise for fish. The fish migrate between the Black Sea and the Marmara according to the season.
